This app is so complete in all aspects of training. You have everything you need for your training sessions all from warmup, mobility, dribbling, first touch, aerial control and finishing with core work, covering every aspect of training in just one session. This app will take care of the nuances of thinking of what to work on when you train and on what you want to improve on. This app will overall make you a better player if you use it and be consistent with it.

In my personal experience I have used the app for more than 24 hours of training time, the app is easy to use, follow and it’s completely clear with every drill and direction you need to work on. Every drill is explained clearly and efficiently making it easy to follow. Personally, I have been very consistent with the app, week in and week out and I have massively seen a lot of improvement in my touch, my ball control with both feet especially my weak foot and my dribbling ability and confidence. This app took off all the worries I had of what to train by taking care of it and giving me weekly sessions that I could test myself each day while working on things consistently.

There are also a lot of videos of helpful advice on nutrition, habits and other pro players giving advice too. This is very helpful because you get advice and can apply it to your training and your life in a football app! Which is insane!

Overall, I would recommend the app 100% for every soccer player who wants to take their game, confidence on and off the ball, and habits to a different level. This app is for everyone, but especially for those resilient, consistent and hardworking players out there!

Ps: If you really want to change your life and Improve your game massively I would recommend you to work with Ric one on one. He is the best in the business!

I absolutely love the app. I don’t have to bring out a paper and pen to mark my reps and sets because the app basically does it for you. The app makes the ball work flow so much easier. I love how there is coaching tips on what we will focus on and what you will need for the workout. The videos and timers that are already in the app make things so much easier. The app really just covers it all. Overall it is just a great investment of your time!

If you are looking to improve your football skills this app has great potential to help you. The workouts are designed in a very neat way where Eric will take you through a dynamic warm-up, mobility exercises, aerial control, passing, juggling and core work. The sessions have a lot of variety and you can choose for how long time you want to go. There are video instructions for each exercise, you can track your development through the app and find a lot of helpful tips on nutrition, mindset and recovery. Before, I used to plan, track and write down sessions on paper and keep a timer separately but now I have everything in one place which makes it very user friendly. You just have to execute consistently and this app will help you take your game to the next level!
